Overview:

The HR Manager plays a crucial role in the organization by overseeing all aspects of human resources management. They are responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support the organizations goals and objectives. The HR Manager works closely with senior management to enhance the employee experience drive performance management and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process including sourcing interviewing and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee relations including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievance handling.
  • Manage and maintain HRIS systems for accurate employee data and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes to drive employee engagement and productivity.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary.
  • Manage and resolve issues related to workplace health and safety.
  • Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and recommend improvements.
  • Participate in developing HR department goals objectives and systems.
  • Lead and direct the HR team to deliver a comprehensive HR service.
  • Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends and develop HR solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR software systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing highperformance teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • HR certification such as SHRMCP or PHR is preferred.
  • Knowledge of best practices in employee relations and HR policies.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
