Overview

The HR Internship role is a crucial position within our organization providing an opportunity for individuals to gain valuable handson experience in human resources. The role plays an important part in supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks recruitment processes and employee relations. The intern will have the chance to work closely with HR professionals and gain insight into various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees including preparing orientation materials
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing data entry and updating employee records
  • Conduct research and assist in the development of HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events
  • Participate in HR projects and contribute to process improvements
  • Assist with employee relations activities and conflict resolution
  • Support the HR team in conducting training and development activities
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of HR communications and materials
  • Provide general support to the HR team and assist with various adhoc tasks

Required Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR software is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Understanding of HR principles and practices is preferred
  • Previous internship experience in HR or related field is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
  • Flexibility and willingness to contribute to various HR initiatives
