Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our Recruitment operations as an Intern.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing applications for job vacancies.
• Assist in screening resumes of applicants.
• Plan and schedule interviews with candidates.
• Create and publish job advertisements on job portals and social networks.
• Interact with candidates to explain job roles and evaluate their candidatures.
• Update internal databases with candidate details and employment forms.
• Create reports on the HR-related process when required.
• Assist in organizing career fairs and special events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or similar field
• Working knowledge of MS Office and web based applications.
• Knowledge of social media services and online platforms for professional communities.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong work ethics.
