Job Summary

HR Intern job will include responsibilities like screening resumes, performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates, administering appropriate company assessments etc.

Responsibilities:

Â.

Partnering with HR Manager and Hiring managers to determine staffing needs.

Â.

Working with the /organizations recruitment plan.

Â.

Executing recruitment plans efficiently.

Â.

Drafting and posting job descriptions.

Â.

Screening Resumes, through ATSandotherchannels.

Â.

Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.

Â.

Coordinating interviews with the hiring managersand the HR Manager

Â.

Administering appropriate company assessments

Â.

Making recommendations to company hiring managers

Â.

Completing timely reports on employment activity

Â.

Following up on the interview process status

Â.

Ensuring that staffing goals are achieved

Â.

Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process

Â.

Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and state laws regarding employment practices

Â.

Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations

Â.

Developing your own network of suitable candidates.

Â.

Networking with various institutions and social media.

Need to have a laptop and phone

Remuneration:At par with Industrial Standards

Location:Remote until the Pandemic situation eases.

Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Requirements

Â.

Bachelor’s Degree in any stream, M.B.A – HR (Added advantage).

Â.

Proficient in M.S. Office Suite (Excel, MS Word, PPT, Forms, Outlook).

Â.

Excellent communication skills.

Â.

Ability to work withTarget Based Role

Â.

Excellent record keeping.

Â.

Handle heavy call volume

Â.

Ability to work in a start-up, fast-paced environment

Â.

Willing to work in US shift if required.
