• Placing job postings on all relevant platforms Job Portals Social and Professional media
• Acting as the frontline contact person for applicants
• Managing applicant documentation in ATS
• Managing candidate Database of the company in ATS
• Preparing client presentations
• Create Job postings in Canva or other tool
• Research for new information and tools in recruitment

• Bachelor s Degree preferably in HR or a related field
• Expert computer skills Should be handson on MS Word Excel Google Docs etc
• Should have excellent written and verbal communication
• Must have a willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Enthusiasm and a capacity for hard work
• Strong interest in recruitment
• Job post creation using canva or similar tool and posting on social media and linkedin
