HR Intern

• Talent Sourcing: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job portals social media and employee referrals
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates for further consideration
• Interview Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the companys employer brand to attract top talent
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with others
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment techniques is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
