HR Intern

Responsibilities

• Posting the job requirements of our clients on all relevant job listing sites.
• Acting as the frontline contact person for applicants.
• Scheduling interviews with clients.
• Managing candidate applications and documentation.
• Coordinating with the client to understand requirements.
• Maintaining reports.

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor s Degree preferably in HR or related work experience.
• Experience using MS Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Enthusiasm and a capacity for hard work
• Strong interest in recruitment
• ATS understanding is a plus
