HR Human Resources Lead

Neco Finance is looking for an experienced HR (Human Resources) Lead to join our executive board with the objective of finding and attracting exceptional talent building and supporting a team of champions and managing the relationships with our partners. This challenging role requires advanced skills in hiring performance management team leadership onboarding training as well as a high level of responsibility reliability professionalism expertise and discipline.

Work with a team of champions on an ambitious crypto project (Blockchain) with social and environmental impact dedicated to serving the greater good. As a partner (freelance) in our decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) without hierarchies you take over full accountability for your roles and actions. Tasks

• Leading motivating and supporting partners.
• Overseeing the execution and implementation of the hiring process.
• Developing and implementing HR policies and practices.
• Managing the onboarding of new partners and the offboarding of partners.
• Establishing and maintaining partner relationships.
• Improving and strengthening relations between partners especially in a remote setting.
• Designing and initiating training programs as part of learning and development.
• Updating and maintaining the partner database.
• Conducting partner wellness and partner performance appraisals.
• Overseeing payroll and partner benefits.
• Defining the metrics and measuring the performance of each circle.
• Building and establishing partner branding in line with Neco values.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience as a Senior HR Lead preferably in the fintech or crypto industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing your skills including hiring performance management team leadership onboarding and training.
• Proficiency in tools such as ATS systems CRM systems etc.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time while collaborating effectively with a remote team
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum) and project management tools
• Minimum capacity of 20 hours per week
• Passion for people sustainability and cryptocurrency with a strong attention to detail and a problemsolving mindset
