Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven HR generalist focused on Talent Acquisition to join our HR team in Singapore. Our people are at the heart of everything we do and as we continue to grow we re looking for a versatile Talent Acquisition Specialist & HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. In this role you will have the unique opportunity to not only lead our recruitment efforts but also engage in a broad range of HR functions including employee relations employer branding and more. Key elements of the role will include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring ensuring we attract and retain top talent. Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies including social media and professional networks.
  • Manage the endtoend process for onboarding new employees and offboarding departing staff ensuring a seamless transition and positive experience.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for employee concerns and queries fostering a supportive and positive work environment. Implement HR policies that promote employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Ensure HR operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements and company policies are up to date and followed.
  • Lead and contribute to various HR projects such as culture enhancement process improvements and implementation of HR technologies.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends salary benchmarks and best practices in HR.
  • Assist in designing and implementing L&D programs that align with our business objectives and foster employee growth.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and practices that contribute to overall organization success.



Requirements


  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering HR initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office and comfortable with data analysis and reporting.
