HR Generalist Part-time 20hweek

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Generalist to join our HR team. You will play a key role in supporting both our administrative and HR operations and contributing to various HR projects and initiatives. If you are a passionate professional with 13 years experience in the HR field and you have a todo attitude then it is your time to join us!

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees

• Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system (Hubdrive)

• Provide support to employees in various HRrelated topics and inquiries such as meetings trainings business trips etc.)

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and liaise with the finance department for reconciliations

• Manage occupational health and safety programs including organizing employee health checks and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations

• Assist HR/Marketing teams in organizing office events

• Ensure daily office management tasks such as ordering office supplies and snacks/coffee beans etc.

What you bring to birkle IT

• 13 years of proven HR experience with exposure to occupational health and safety and HR operations

• Understanding of labor laws payroll processes and general human resources policies and procedures

• Good knowledge of HR systems and databases (MS packages Confluence)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related fields
