Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to promote a positive work environment and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on topics such as diversity and inclusion, sexual harassment prevention, and workplace safety.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and surveys.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal developments to ensure the organization remains compliant and competitive in the marketplace.
