Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Spectrum Physio Centre Langford Gardens
Job Description: Spectrum Physio is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various functions including recruitment employee relations performance management and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process including posting job openings screening resumes scheduling interviews and conducting background checks.
Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
Assist in performance management processes including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers.
Maintain HR records and databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies procedures and initiatives.
Provide administrative support to the HR department including drafting correspondence organizing meetings and maintaining HR documentation.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives including organizing events surveys and recognition programs.
Stay uptodate with HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
12 years of experience in HR or related role preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Work Schedule:
6 days working
Shift timings: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Salary:
Up toper month commensurate with experience and qualifications.
