As a crucial player in our mission to maintain the highest standards of healthcare you will be tasked with ensuring the seamless operation of our HR functions and fostering a positive work environment for our staff. From overseeing payroll benefits and leave programs to conducting sensitive employee investigations youll play a vital role in supporting our healthcare professionals through every challenge they face. Your collaborative spirit and commitment to upholding company policies with empathy and understanding will be instrumental in cultivating a culture of respect and collaboration within our organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily HR operations under the guidance of the VP of HR ensuring smooth administration of payroll benefits and leave programs.
  • Conduct thorough and empathetic employee investigations understanding the unique challenges healthcare professionals face.
  • Collaborate with department managers to conduct constructive performance evaluations acknowledging and honoring our healthcare heroes contributions.
  • Uphold company policies and practices with empathy fostering a culture of respect and teamwork.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources management or related field demonstrating dedication to HR excellence.
  • 3 years of proven HR Generalist experience preferably in a healthcare setting showcasing your ability to navigate HR complexities in a hospital environment.
  • Preferred possession of SHRMCP certification highlighting commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
  • Valid drivers license required for occasional workrelated travel.


Skills and Abilities:

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and trust with healthcare professionals of all levels.
  • Proactive in identifying and addressing issues showing empathy and understanding in difficult situations.
  • Proficient in presenting complex information clearly and concisely verbally and in writing to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset able to work effectively with external service providers to ensure topnotch support for our healthcare staff.
