HR Generalist

What youll do:

• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Guarantee policy compliance and regulations.
• Responsible for the preparation interpretation and monitoring of different human resources statistical reports.
• Actively collaborate prepare and implement following up on training and development programs.
• Monitoring performance assessments.
• Strategy Analize market data (Turnover absenteeism etc.).

What is required:

• Bachelors degree in Administration Psychology or similar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources field
• Knowledge of Legal requirements Mexican labor law union and legal compliance wellness programs payroll regulations
• Experience in planning events and motivational programs is a plus
• English skills will be required for this role
• This role will be for 2nd shift coverage ideal candidate must be available for shift rotation
