Whats the role about

We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to cultivate an empowered and inclusive workplace culture aligning with our organizational values and objectives. This vital role encompasses attracting developing and retaining top talent implementing innovative HR practices and acting as a strategic partner to both employees and management.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment driving employee engagement career growth and performance excellence thereby ensuring our organizations success and sustainability.

Heres what youd be up to:

• Lead the recruitment process to ensure a steady pipeline of highcaliber candidates conducting a significant number of interviews weekly to meet the staffing needs of open positions.

• Develop and manage comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated and productive in a timely manner.

• Facilitate ongoing learning and development opportunities ensuring team members are achieving their professional growth and development objectives.

• Oversee performance management processes including regular feedback performance appraisals and the implementation of performancebased compensation to align with organizational goals.

• Cultivate and maintain a positive organizational culture identifying and addressing any gaps and implementing initiatives that reinforce core values enhance employee engagement and improve overall workplace satisfaction.

What were looking for:

• Proven experience in HR practices particularly in recruiting onboarding team development performance management and culture building.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar.
• Strong understanding of HR operations and strategy within a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and relevant software applications.
• Be flexible to attend meetings held between 4:30pm7:30pm Pacific Time due to distributed team members.
