HR Generalist

Role: HR Generalist

Location: Albuquerque New Mexico

We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our clients team in Albuquerque NM:

Responsibilities:

• Manage fullcycle recruitment processes including sourcing interviewing and onboarding new employees.
• Administer and oversee employee benefits programs ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Manage employee relations issues including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievances.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and HRIS database.
• Collaborate with management to strategize and execute workforce planning initiatives.
• Stay updated on labor laws regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
• HR experience preferably in manufacturing or automotive industries.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws regulations and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
• SHRM or other HR certifications are a plus.
