Job Title: HR Manager FBAR Lounge

Job Description:
The HR Manager at FBAR Lounge plays a crucial role in supporting the overall operations by overseeing all aspects of human resources management. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies policies and procedures that align with the companys goals and values. They will also be tasked with attracting retaining and developing talent fostering a positive work culture and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement HR strategies policies and procedures to support the organizations objectives.
  2. Manage the recruitment and selection process including sourcing candidates conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
  3. Oversee employee onboarding orientation and training programs to facilitate smooth integration into the company.
  4. Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and other perks.
  5. Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and performance management.
  6. Maintain accurate records of employee information including attendance leaves and performance evaluations.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws regulations and industry standards.
  8. Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and morale through various initiatives.
  9. Provide coaching guidance and support to managers and employees on HRrelated issues.
  10. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of HR principles practices and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office suite.
  • Certification such as SHRMCP or PHR is a plus.
