Job Overview

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage endtoend recruitment process including sourcing screening and selecting candidates for various positions
• Conduct interviews assess candidates skills and qualifications and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Handle employee onboarding and orientation programs as well as employee offboarding processes
• Oversee employee performance evaluation and appraisal systems
• Assist in managing employee relations disciplinary actions and grievance handling
• Administer employee benefits and leave management ensuring accurate records and timely processing
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and other systems
• Support the HR Manager in various HR initiatives and projects

Candidate Qualifications

• Masters degree in HR or a related field
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in HR roles preferably in recruitment
• Strong knowledge of HR practices policies and employment laws
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks adhere to deadlines and work in a fastpaced environment
