1. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
   
2. Develop job descriptions for open positions on relevant platforms and networks.
   
3. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interviews with Hiring Managers.
   
4. Address employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures.
   
5. Support in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and implementing improvement measures.
   
6. Coordinate performance appraisals and evaluations.
   
7. Maintain accurate records of employee performance evaluations and feedback.
   
8. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
   
9. Ensure all HR practices align with company values and promote a culture of diversity equity and inclusion.
   
10. Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and other perks.
    
11. Manage payroll processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments.
    

• Must have more than 3 years of experience.
