Overview:

The HR Executive plays a pivotal role in the organizations human resources activities. They are responsible for implementing HR programs policies and managing all aspects of employee relations. The HR Executive will work closely with management to develop and execute HR strategies supporting the organizations overall goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling the endtoend recruitment process including sourcing screening and interviewing candidates
  • Managing employee relations addressing grievances and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Utilizing HRIS systems for data management reporting and analysis
  • Overseeing compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Designing and conducting employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Administering performance management processes and conducting regular performance reviews
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Conducting training needs assessment and coordinating training programs
  • Managing benefits administration and resolving benefitrelated issues
  • Collaborating with management to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
  • Providing counseling and support to employees on various HRrelated matters
  • Ensuring accurate maintenance of employee records and documentation
  • Handling employee data and generating HR reports
  • Assisting in HR projects and initiatives as needed
  • Staying updated on HR trends and best practices

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
  • Thorough knowledge of HR principles practices and procedures
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus
  • Experience in handling employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Flexibility and adaptability to evolving HR needs
