Overview:

The HR Executive plays a crucial role in the organization by managing various HR functions and ensuring the implementation of HR policies and procedures. They are responsible for supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems while also providing timely and effective HR advice to management and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in recruitment efforts by coordinating job postings reviewing resumes and performing initial interviews
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires including conducting orientations and preparing necessary paperwork
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues including conducting investigations and recommending solutions
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system
  • Coordinate employee performance management processes including appraisals and objective settings
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and laws and company policies
  • Handle and resolve employee complaints and conflicts promoting a positive work environment
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct workplace investigations and provide guidance on disciplinary actions
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Participate in the development of department goals objectives and systems
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover reasons for continuous improvement
  • Provide timely and effective communication to employees and management on HRrelated matters
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics and initiatives
  • Contribute to adhoc HR projects and initiatives as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR software
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment onboarding performance management and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively resolve conflicts and provide guidance on employee relations matters
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Certification such as PHR or SHRMCP is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a strong sense of accountability
