We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our companyâs recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.
HR Executive responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background and thorough knowledgein the Human Resources department.
Responsibilities

Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
Â.
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Â.
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
Â.
Manage employeesâ grievances
Â.
Create and run referral bonus programs
Â.
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Â.
Oversee daily operations of the HR department

Proven work experienceof 1 to 2 yearsas an HR Executive
Â.
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems
Â.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting
Â.
Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
Â.
Demonstrable leadership abilities
Â.
Solid communication skills
Â.
Graduatein Human Resources Management or relevant field
