HR Development Specialist

1. Organization Development

• Implement review and analysis of organizational climate and organizational development programs
• Conduct corporatewide OD programs as approved by the management in order to create work environments that are conducive to the development and maintenance of positive attitudes and optimum work performance
• Analyze organizational issues develop solutions and implement them
• Conducts departmental consultations to identify root cause of the problem and possibly find solutions.
• facilitate organizational development projects and programs
• Facilitate OD teams working with HR on various people initiatives

2. HR Analytics

• Will design and execute standard reports complex statistical models to provide HR and leaders with insights to help on their decisions to build strategies in addressing solutions and developments.
• Mitigate risks and create possible solutions and present to the leaders of the organization
• Recommend programs based on gathered data that will have a shortterm or longterm impact on the organizational goals
• Partner with the department heads to determine and implement analytics capability frameworks that enables a sophisticated report that will provide models for strategic initiatives.

Job Specifications:

• Must be a graduate of BA/ BS degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in HR specializing Organizational Development
