Expectations and deliverables
During this assignment you will be assisting your colleagues of the HR systems team in the following areas.
Provide support on the Service Now application. You will support the business with translating business requirements into technical requirements and leading small change request from ideation until delivery of a final product.
Provide support on reporting and data exchanges.
We are setting up new reporting environment (data universe) in Cognos to replace our current Business Objects reporting. Your role will be 2fold
Assist with setting up the environment: Building new data model for transition from (BO) Business Objects to Cognos. Including building new reports for HR for Business operational finance and legal reporting
Share your knowledge and guide your colleagues: Teach current reporting team on main Cognos functionalities and support a smooth transition for all daily run activities.
Success is based on the follow 2 deliverables.
1) A fully functional new data model in Cognos was setup. Daily run reports for Business operational finance and legal reporting were delivered.
2) Current team has a profound understanding of the relevant existing Cognos functionalities and can provide independent support to the business for the creation and adaptation of HR reports.

Experience with HR data management. (must) Sr 5 years
Experience with HR Reporting and data gathering. (must) Sr 5 years
Experience with HRIS systems in general (peoplesoft and workday are a plus)
Good communicator experience with teaching can work in a team can work in a environment in continuous change.
Tooling
Experience with Cognos. (must) Sr 5 years
Experience with Service Now (must) Md 4 year
Experience with BO (nice to have)
Languages
EN must NL and FR are a plus.
