The HR Coordinator is responsible for managing HR duties onboarding and offboarding Lovisa Headquarter Warehouse and store team members.

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Contract generation changes and salary increases for the team members
  • Onboarding and offboarding for Europe warehouse and Support Office members based mainly in Warsaw and occasionally in other locations.
  • Allocate and activate store team POS (employment codes)
  • Action employee terminations
  • Team enquiries and support
  • Assist People & Leadership Manager with annual salary reviews and bonuses
  • Setting up all Support Centre Team on the internal platform
  • Maintain Support Centre New Starter Register
  • Assist People & Leadership Manager with preparation for Visa/Sponsorship for Support Centre Team
  • Track status of Probationary Period and Annual Performance Evaluations/salary increase
  • Prepare all input information regarding employees to action from a Payroll perspective.

Skills knowledge and personal qualities required:

  • Proven ability to plan organize and deliver results on time in a fast past environment
  • At least 3/4 years of experience in similar role preferably in retail hospitality or FMCG sector
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint Excel Word)
  • Fluency in English and Polish is a MUST
  • Any additional European language is plus.
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer experience and ability to build productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written verbal)
