We are looking for an experiencedHRCaseworker someone who thrives on challenge and working in a constantly changing and evolving environment. Working with our Operational Managers you will be responsible for advising on all emerging and ongoing employee relations issues by owning and managing each ER case from intake to remediation and follow up as necessary.

What youll achieve:
- Acting as an advisor to managers regarding policies and procedures relating to the management of their own teams.
- Coaching managers to manage casework in line with Ground Control policy values and best practice to support our aims of delivering a great people experience whilst growing our business.
- Work with the wider People team and external advisors to administer and manage all ER services including casework dismissals appeals organisational change employment tribunals and TUPE transfers.
- Provide proactive and commercial subject matter expertise and support on a range of people issues while improving our internal capabilities by facilitating line manager training.
Who are we looking for
- A passionate and commercially minded people professional with demonstrable experience gained in medium/large organisation and a strong drive to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Significant experience of working within a generalist people role covering employee relations restructuring change management TUPE transfers performance management and policy writing.
- Exceptional relationship skills with a proven track record of building influential and trusted relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and data management skills with the ability to use Excel at an advanced level build trackers and measure results in quantitative and qualitative terms.
- Highly resilient and very comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritise and work flexibly to balance business requirements with commercial drivers and people priorities.
Most of the work for this role will be home based however office attendance and national travel will also be required.
