Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Dallas TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and a deep understanding of the recruiting and staffing industry. As an HR Business Partner you will be responsible for partnering with our clients to provide strategic HR support and guidance as well as managing the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service
Partner with clients to understand their business needs and develop HR strategies that align with their goals and objectives
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a variety of HRrelated topics including performance management employee relations and compliance
Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruiting onboarding training performance evaluations and offboarding
Ensure compliance with all federal state and local employment laws and regulations
Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization
Partner with the recruiting team to identify and attract top talent for our clients
Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and strategies
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
5 years of experience in human resources preferably in a recruiting or staffing environment
Strong understanding of federal state and local employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience building and maintaining relationships with clients
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
SHRMCP or SHRMSCP certification is a plus
