HR Business Partner

What will you do:
  • Coach business leaders and first line supervisors on handling employee issues.
  • Assist with Compensation & benefits communications or issues as well as annual salary planning.
  • Research effectiveness of HR programs and propose improvements to policies programs and procedures to ensure higher effectiveness and operations
  • Season HR professional with experience in Training Labor Relations Change Management Staffing
  • Identify and coordinate employee development programs and training plans.
  • Assist with talent acquisition (analyze headcount needs forecast and support process)
  • Ensure employment law compliance
What is required:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Human Resources MBA is a plus
  • 6 years experience in Human Resources
  • Minimum 3 years employee relations experience
  • Senior experience with union and labor relations is a must
  • HR experience in manufacturing environment preferred
  • Advanced English skills will be required for this role
  • Experience facilitating employee and supervisory training strongly preferred.
  • Approachable and demonstrated strong trusting relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts objectively.
  • Effective listening relationship building and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
