Role and Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and independent individual to join our team as an HR and Admin professional. In this role you will be responsible for a variety of HR and administrative tasks including but not limited to:
  • Recruitment and selection processes
  • Compensation and benefits management
  • Performance management and reviews
  • Training and development initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and market requirements
  • Maintaining and updating HR documentation and records
  • Administrative tasks such as paperwork and coordination with authorities
  • Visa processing and travel arrangements
  • Continuous improvement of administrative processes

Candidate Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you should have:
  • Several years of experience in HR with a focus on union negotiations
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and propose innovative solutions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
