Role and Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and independent individual to join our team as an HR and Admin professional. In this role you will be responsible for a variety of HR and administrative tasks including but not limited to:
- Recruitment and selection processes
- Compensation and benefits management
- Performance management and reviews
- Training and development initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with legal and market requirements
- Maintaining and updating HR documentation and records
- Administrative tasks such as paperwork and coordination with authorities
- Visa processing and travel arrangements
- Continuous improvement of administrative processes
Candidate Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Several years of experience in HR with a focus on union negotiations
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures
- Ability to work independently and propose innovative solutions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
