Unlock Your Potential: Dive into the HR Administrator Role
  • Employment type: Fulltime
  • Shift: Mon Fri 05:30 AM 02:30 PM
  • Work setup: Onsite Metro Manila sites
Fuel Your Impact: Take Charge of HR Administrative Tasks
  • Provide administrative support to the P & C team including but not limited to:
  • Saving and uploading documentation to Employment Hero
  • Running and monitoring cyclical and adhoc reports
  • Inputting and updating employee data in Employment Hero
  • Acting as a first point of contact for phone queries referring matters to the appropriate HR team member where required
  • Assisting employees with onboarding to our HR Platform Employment Hero
  • Monitoring and tracking completion of activities such as induction programs training modules document acknowledgement and training completion
  • Performing and monitoring compliance screening for Police checks NDIS DHS AHPRA vaccinations and other requirements by running regular reports following up with employees and reporting any noncompliances to P & C Manager
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and processes by making recommendations
  • Complying with company policies and procedures
  • Performing duties within your scope of skill level and position responsibilities and escalating to P & C Manager when required
  • Performing other tasks as directed by the P & C Manager

  • Managing/prioritizing your workload to meet the ongoing demands of the business
  • Ensuring all tasks are followed through to completion in a timely manner

  • Certificate/Diploma or higher related to Human Resources (desirable)

Experience:

  • Experience working in an administrative role preferably in Human Resources
  • Experience working in a highvolume role with competing priorities (desirable)

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
  • Approachable and helpful demeanor
  • Sound ethical judgment
  • Excellent telephone verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail

Additional Requirements:

  • National Police check
