Job Summary: Remote HPC/Scientific Support Engineer for a client must reside in EST or CST time zones.
Provide software support primarily assisting researchers with computing pipelines.
Review and debug code in detail providing insights on improvements and resolving issues.
Manage Linuxbased clustered computing environments preferably RedHat CentOS/Rocky.
Utilize programming skills in bash python Perl R etc.
Handle job schedulers with preference for LSF or SLURM.
Preferred skills include managing and supporting gpfs parallel filesystem.
Should have experience in InfiniBand network support.
Work with multicloud computing environments particularly Azure and AWS.
Familiarity with working in a HIPAA compliant environment is a plus.
