Overview:

I am looking for somebody who LIVES for home organization wishes they were a third stew on below deck because the LOVE laundry THAT MUCH can throw together some meals and runs a household like a BOSS.

We are a blended family with 6 kids in the house only half of the time (12 G 11G 10B 9B 5B). We are looking for a house manager to keep us in line and act as my personal (and sometimes business) assistant.

I move VERY quickly and am all over the place. I need somebody who can keep up with me and ask whats next vs sitting there waiting for me to give them something to do. There is a NEVER ending to do list between my work and personal lives and having somebody who can help me balance it all would be a dream come true. I would like to think of this person as my work wife lets take on the world together and make big things happen!

Responsibilities:

• Laundry Laundry and More Laundry. With 6 kids in the house 2 of which are preteens and do 75 outfit changes a day you can imagine the never ending need for laundry. The great news is we have 2 washers/dryers and can complete an entire wash/dry cycle in one hour flat so we have your back. ;)
• Home Organization A disorganized house keeps me up at night. I need somebody who can have a few projects going at all times to make my house look like Marie Kando lives here.
• Errand running throughout the day I own several businesses and oftentimes have work errands that need to be run (dropping off keys taking pictures of properties store returns random things.)
• Party Planning Gift Packaging/Giving
• We might need some back up help with the kids but not all the time. We only have kids on Wed/Thurs and every other weekend... This would entail picking up the kids after school (3:00 PM) and doing one or more of the following depending on the day/schedule:
  • Ensuring the children complete their homework Tutoring
  • Throwing some food together so they dont starve
  • Taking children to various sporting activities
  • Hanging out with kids/playing at the house

Requirements:

• Must have a confident demeanor and able to show my kids who is the boss (hint: its you!) while getting them to pick up after themselves do their homework not be jerks etc. You know basic life stuff...
• Valid driver license and comfortable transporting children (we have a family car that can be used)
• Clean freak doesnt like messes and isnt afraid to get your hands dirty cleaning up.

Hours:

• This can be a part time or a full time position I just need all the things done.
• We are flexible on hours but I will require availability Wednesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 3:00 PM 6:00 PM. Other than that we are easy.

Compensation:

• $30/Hour
• Full health/dental benefits
• Free vacations (with us) if youre into that sort of thing
