Job Description:

The candidate plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of the house.
Responsibilities include:
1.Oversee the maintenance cleanliness and functionality of the farm house grounds and outbuildings.
2. Hospitality: Provide impeccable service to family members and guests including meal service beverage service and attending to any special requests.
3.Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing events hosted at the farm house such as gatherings celebrations and meetings.
4.Supervision: Manage a team of support staff including housekeepers gardeners and maintenance workers ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
5.Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of household supplies groceries and equipment and coordinate restocking as needed.
6.Flexibility: Be adaptable to changing schedules and requirements also change with times and be available to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in service.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring lifting bending and prolonged standing.
Knowledge of basic household maintenance and operation of household appliances.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
