Requirements

• Willing to drive and have a valid drivers license
• Be proficient in English.
• Be authorized to work in the US.
• Provide three professional (not personal) references—we will call them.
• Undergo a background check.

Responsibilities and duties

• Perform and document routine cleaning and inspection activities
• Perform designated areaspecific responsibilities i.e. Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Other Rooms
• Complete paid training on equipment supplies and techniques
• Drive company vans and interact with client as required
• Maintain supplies and use them as directed and safely
• Keep company vans and equipment in good working condition

What you do not have to worry about

• Clean up human or animal excrement
• Childcare or caregiving of any kind
• Climb anything taller than two steps on a stepladder
• Lift heavy objects (over 35 pounds ) or move furniture
• Apologize to anyone for erring on the side of safety
