Job Title: Hotel Manager

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the position of Hotel Manager. This role involves overseeing the daytoday operations of the hotel ensuring exceptional guest experiences and managing various departments within the establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
o Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk housekeeping food and beverage and maintenance departments.
o Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness throughout the hotel.
o Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Guest Services:
o Ensure that guests receive prompt courteous and personalized service at all times.
o Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and effectively striving to resolve issues to the guests satisfaction.
o Foster a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests creating memorable experiences that exceed expectations.
Financial Management:
o Monitor and manage the hotels financial performance including budgeting forecasting and cost control.
o Oversee revenue management strategies to maximize profitability and occupancy rates.
o Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to track key performance metrics.
Human Resources:
o Recruit train and supervise hotel staff ensuring that all employees adhere to company policies and standards.
o Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork professionalism and employee growth.
o Handle employee scheduling performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as necessary.
Accounting:
o Manage financial transactions and records including accounts payable accounts receivable and payroll.
o Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations conducting regular audits and financial reviews.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership abilities and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Must be 30 years and above.
