For our client, a 150 rooms hotel in Antwerp, we are looking for a Hotel Manager. The property is ideally located in the City and is part of a fast growing Investment Company with an amazing investment plan for its properties (Renovation + Rebranding).

The Hotel Manager will be involved in all aspects of the hotel operations and will be a key person of reference for employees and clients as well as external suppliers.

Candidate should come from theRoom Dpt or Sales or Events or Revenue Management(F&B is outsourced so F&B profiles will not find their thrill).

Position is open for candidate looking at their first appointment as Hotel Manager. Candidate will need to be hands on in FO Operations and proactive sales (local market knowledge a big plus).

Only candidates matching the above will be considered.

The main duties & responsibilities will be divided under the following areas:

  • Operations & People management
  • Guest satisfaction, Sales & Revenue
  • Property management
  • Finance


Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a strong competitive advantage
  • Ability to run the operations with a hands on attitude (lead by example)
  • Customer service skills as well as a business mindset.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Excellent cost-benefit analysis.
  • Leadership skills and a great attention to detail.
  • Human resources: Casting, Recruiting, training, HR management.
  • Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management or similar education.
  • Front Office/Sales/Event or RM Background is a Must (F&B outsourced)
  • Min 5 years of experience in Hospitality
