Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities include:

Check maintenance request board for any preventive or scheduled Complete maintenance requests and inform appropriate personal upon

Coordinate with manager when it is necessary to place a room out of order for Assist with preventative maintenance for guest This will include: Inspecting rooms for proper lighting conditions; replace light bulbs as Inspect the operation and condition of stove, refrigerator, dishwashing machine, microwave, washing machine, dryer and televisions; repair defective appliances or contact supervisor for major Inspect condition of furniture; touch up as Inspect operation of blinds and drapes; repair as
