Education Degree in Hospitality management
Experience 6yr in Same profile
Role Description:
- Responsible for managing all hospitality operations
- manage all aspects of event planning meet strict deadline and stay within budget
- Responsible for leading a team of 100 FM staff members
- should have good experience in facility management (Soft services)
- Liaising and negotiating with vendors
- Establish procedures and trained staff to execute them
- Consistently maintain standards of quality cost presentation and flavor of foods
- Coordinate with internal staff clients and vendors to establish the requirements for an event and serve as liaison to senior executives government officials and industry leaders throughout the planning process
- Oversees the operations of hospitality establishments and ensures a seamless and exceptional guest service and customer experience
Qualification:
Should be IHM pass out with 7 yrs of work experience
Strong in business acumen
Commitment to quality
Strong financial and budgeting skills
Sound written and verbal communication
Wellgroomed and able to represent in a professional manner
Should have strong interpersonal skills & be very Customer focus
