Hospitality Manager

Our client a revered venue in Bristol known for its eclectic atmosphere locallysourced menus and commitment to community projects is in search of a dynamic and experienced Manager to join their team at the BS4 location.

Job Overview:

As a Manager you will play a crucial role in leading the Front of House (FOH) team overseeing daily operations and contributing to the overall success of the bar and restaurant. Key responsibilities include managing shifts ensuring exceptional customer service overseeing bookings and collaborating with the broader management team.

Qualifications:

To thrive in this role you should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar hospitality environment. A strong understanding of financial targets food and drink Gross Profits (GPs) and locallysourced menus is essential. Your experience in team management excellent communication skills and Barista training will set you apart.
