Job Description

  1. Client Consultation: Engage with clients via phone email or online chat to understand their travel preferences budget and special requirements for their vacation.

  2. Itinerary Planning: Create personalized vacation itineraries tailored to the needs and desires of each client including transportation accommodation activities and attractions.

  3. Booking Coordination: Utilize industry knowledge and resources to research recommend and book flights hotels rental cars tours and other travelrelated services for clients.

  4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process addressing any questions concerns or special requests from clients promptly and professionally.

  5. Travel Documentation: Assist clients with obtaining necessary travel documents such as passports visas travel insurance and health certificates ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and requirements.

  6. FollowUp: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction with their travel arrangements address any issues that may arise during their trip and encourage repeat business and referrals.

  7. Sales and Marketing: Actively promote our travel services to generate leads attract new clients and expand our customer base through various marketing channels including social media networking and referrals.



Requirements

  1. Passion for Travel: Genuine enthusiasm for travel and a strong desire to help clients create unforgettable vacation experiences.

  2. Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate travel options provide recommendations and build rapport with clients effectively.

  3. Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple client bookings simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

  4. Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales customer service or travelrelated roles is preferred but not required. Training and support will be provided to motivated individuals with a passion for travel and a willingness to learn.

  5. Home Office Setup: A dedicated home office space with reliable internet access computer phone and other necessary equipment to perform job duties efficiently and effectively.

  6. SelfMotivation: Ability to work independently and proactively seek out new business opportunities meet sales targets and achieve personal and team goals.

  7. Availability: Flexible availability to accommodate client schedules including evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
