Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an RN Home Health/Hospice opening. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Onawa IA 51040

Assignment Start Date: 4/15/2024

13 weeks Days 8hr shift 40 hours per week guaranteed

The Home Health/Hospice RN provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes by assessing the patient identifying patient problems or potential problems and developing implementing and evaluating nursing care plans and patient care. Works in team relationships with other home health and hospice providers.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Two years of Home Health/Hospice nursing is preferred.

Education:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• An active Iowa license for Iowa residents or an active license in a compact state in which you reside.is required
• Current BLS/BCLS is required

EMR System: Knowledge/experience preferred
