Role & responsibilities
1) Build maintain property management data models & key KPIs for monitoring business performance.
2) Perform analysis of data models to drive business performance.
3) Forecasts data of property post extraction from multiple stakeholders of property management
4) Evaluate and improve the methods from data identification through information delivery & with assistance of stakeholders.
5) Coordinate necessary communication with team members including internal departments and external partners.
6) Review and validate data for preparation of presentation & dashboards for MRM QRM & ARM
7) Upgrade dashboard by introducing new data modules.
8) Prepare modules from multiple stakeholders as per the requirements.
9) Upgrade existing technology operation by doing market research and inhouse brainstorming to improve on day to day business operations
Software know how: Power BI Tableau MS office Microsoft outlook.
Brief Deliverables of the role:
1) Collating data for MMR QBR & dashboard.
2) Data is grouped as soft services safety and security Technical helpdesk finance related data.
3) Upgrading existing data modules as per the client requirement to improve business process.
4) Creating sign off documents for project completion.
5) Assisting team members with backend support to send Customer satisfaction Index forms.
6) Prepare communication matrix for internal external stakeholders customers.
7) Prepare CSI matrix for computing score and identify improvement scope.
8) Coordinate with in house team to collate pointers with reference to engineering performance indicators and prepare graphs draw inferences produce analysis evaluate exhaustion limit
9) Existing 30 parameters are rolled out for dashboard operations and maintenance.
10) Fitouts dashboard computation
11) Data collating and coordinating with vendor to ensure project deadline is met.
Process enhancement measures in order to ensure smooth navigation through dashboard and application
