As a Data Analyst you will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to extract valuable insights that inform business strategies and drive operational improvements. You will be responsible for developing data platforms and systems performing data mining s and presenting findings to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 24 years of experience an engineering background and a proven track record of developing data platforms and systems.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain data platforms and systems to support data collection storage and analysis processes.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including the technology and brand teams to identify data requirements define metrics and implement datadriven solutions.
Perform data mining cleansing and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Analyze large datasets and use data visualization tools to identify patterns trends and insights.
Generate reports and dashboards to present data findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Identify areas for process improvement and propose datadriven solutions to enhance business operations.
Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate data sources automate data processes and optimize data flow.
Stay updated on industry best practices emerging technologies and data analysis techniques.
Conduct adhoc analysis and support strategic initiatives as required.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
14 years of experience in a data analyst role preferably in a fastpaced and datadriven environment.
Proven experience in developing data platforms and systems to support data analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.
Proficiency in SQL Python or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar platforms.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data modeling principles.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large volumes of data.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to effectively present complex data findings to nontechnical stakeholders.
Selfmotivated proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Passion for data analysis problemsolving and driving databased decisionmaking.
