About the Role:

• Support teachers in the delivery of engaging and effective lessons across various subjects.
• Work collaboratively with teachers to plan develop and implement learning resources.
• Provide individualized support to students catering to their specific needs and learning styles.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and achievement.
• Monitor and assess student progress providing regular feedback to inform teaching strategies.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to further enhance your skills and knowledge.

About You:

• A minimum of Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) and experience working in a secondary school setting is essential.
• A strong passion for education and a genuine interest in supporting student learning.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
• The ability to build positive relationships with students teachers and parents.
• A commitment to creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
