Helpdesk Specialist





  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Ensure high customer satisfaction through resolution and escalation of issues.
    • Maintain proactive communication with customers via various channels.
    • Develop tools and workflows to enhance helpdesk efficiency.
    • Develop and document processes for improved response times.
    • Work independently and as part of a global team.

  • Qualifications:
    • Extensive experience in customer service.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Passion for technology and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
    • Experience in troubleshooting and repairing hardware.
    • Record of creating policies and technical documentation.
    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Teamoriented with strong interpersonal skills.
    • B2 or higher fluency in English.

  • Desired Qualifications:
    • Strong commitment to customer service and process improvement.
    • Attention to detail approachability and strong organizational skills.
    • Knowledge of Mac OS X Windows 7 and Linux.
    • A/ACMT/ACA Certifications (advantageous but not required).


    This position seems suited for a wellorganized customerfocused individual with a strong background in IT and helpdesk services capable of working in a dynamic and multinational environment.
