We are hiring a Help Desk Analyst for one of our clients in Trenton NJ.

Job Description:

  • Providing in person and remote assistance to users imaging pcs updating pcs from windows 10 to 11 preparing pcs for surplus/destruction assisting with dell warranty repairs and parts replacement. Assisting with special projects assigned by the service director.

Skills required:

  • Desktop support PC imaging PC upgrades PC surplus
  • Troubleshooting ability knowledge of PC hardware repair/parts replacement.
  • Knowledge of all Office 365 applications.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and multitask.
  • Good communication & customer service skills
  • Office365 Teams One Drive Share point Adobe Acrobat and Excel for help desk ticket assignment & tracking

Experience required:

  • Must have excellent communication computer and troubleshooting skills.
  • Five years experience in desktop support and administration.
  • Basic knowledge of user maintenance in active directory preferred by not necessary.

Work hours:

  • 8:304:30
  • Lunch period: 1 hour unpaid
