Tasks

You are a motivated and radiant personality who is looking for the following challenges:

• You ensure our customers a warm welcome from their first step in our clinic
• You carry out administrative tasks manage the electronic agenda and answer telephone enquiries.
• You coordinate medical and counselling issues with our doctors consultants and medical personnel.
• You are responsible for sterilization and compliance with hygiene guidelines
• You draw blood and assist at the chairside
• You maintain business inventory and check supplies equipment.
• You are jointly responsible for achieving sales targets.
• You handle customer complaints efficiently and competently.

Requirements

What you bring along:

• You have already gained experiencd as an HCA in an aesthetic clinic.
• Expertise in aesthetics and/or dermatology is required.
• You have a high level of quality awareness as well as a strong customer and service orientation.
• Confidentiality towards our patients and their concerns is also your top priority.
• Personal responsibility and empathy are terms used by those around you to describe you.
• You have an excellent command of the English language.
