Health Wellness Coach

The Athletic Club Of Bend Inc. a prominent wellness and fitness services provider is seeking a dedicated Health & Wellness Coach to join our dynamic team. As a Health & Wellness Coach you will play a pivotal role in upholding these values and furthering our mission. You will be instrumental in helping our members achieve their fitness objectives providing expert guidance and fostering a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.

Tasks

• Develop personalized health and wellness plans for clients based on their individual goals and needs.
• Conduct fitness assessments and provide guidance on exercise routines to improve clients physical fitness levels.
• Educate clients on proper nutrition and create meal plans that align with their health goals.
• Monitor clients progress and provide ongoing support and motivation to help them stay on track.
• Collaborate with other health professionals such as doctors and therapists to ensure holistic wellness for clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. Exercise Science Health Promotion Nutrition)
• Certification as a Health and Wellness Coach from a recognized organization
• Proven experience in providing personalized health and wellness coaching to individuals
• Strong knowledge of fitness and nutrition principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
