Company Description
Caremark is a personal care and support provider for people in their own homes. The company began in Cork in 2009 and since then has grown every year. We are an approved HSE provider of Homecare.
This is a fulltime hybrid role for a Healthcare Supervisor based in Cork City. The Healthcare Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday healthcare operations managing and training staff and ensuring highquality patient care.
- Access to own transport and clean vehicle Licence. (Essential)
- Ability to work on call rotating weekly schedule covering alternate weekends (Essential)
Qualifications
- QQI level 5 in Healthcare
- At least 3 years personal care experience in a nursing home hospital and or home care setting.
- Excellent communication skills including verbal and written communication and active listening
- Training skills including the ability to develop implement and deliver training programs
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Able to work a computer slate/PC.
- Experience in healthcare management is a plus
