Duties:

• Provide advice and guidance to managers, supervisors, and employees
  
• Policy setting and implementation.
  
• Conduct H&S inspections and investigations.
  
• Reporting
  
• Conduct Risk Assessments and follow-up action planning.
  
• Auditing internal and assistance during external
  
• Adhere to all health and safety practices.
  
• Delivery of in-house training, booking external training
  
• Any other duties and reasonable tasks within your capability as set out by Management.
  

Criteria:

• A willingness to learn and attend training courses. Eg. (NEBOSH)
  
• Experience in the food industry will be advantageous.
  
• Driving license and/or access to transport or ability to fulfil any driving requirements of the role.
  
• Good oral and written communication skills (Sufficient level of written and spoken English to maintain levels of safety)
  
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and coherently with other team members.
  
• Flexibility with working times to ensure consistency of policy implementation and servicing of audits/investigations etc.
